Wellington Wild Wind, Otaki Beach
Sat, Sun 2,3 Feb 2008.
Otaki is the nearest beach to Wgtn with the perfect mix of all the necessary components- good beach, motor camp, surf club, picnic area, swimming, good weather, etc. The tournament will be two-day, hat teams, and with activities on both days, including a freestyling competition.
Both lunches, and the Saturday evening BBQ meal (which will cater to various dietary preferences), are provided by the excellent cook, a noted feature. There are prizes for the winning team, for MVPs, for best costume at the Saturday night party, and of course for the most important component, Spirit winners.
Souvenir tournament T-shirts may be produced to order. When a design is ready, it will be displayed on this site and all registered players will be emailed for any orders.
